On 1st November 2014 the Governing Body was reconstituted following the successful Federation of New Leake Primary School with Stickney C of E Primary School.

The Stickney & New Leake Primary Schools Federation Governing Board

 

Committee Structure

 

 

Admissions Committee – monitors pupil admissions and ensures compliance with the LCC policy.

 

Environment and Wellbeing Committee – responsible for all aspects of pupil health, behaviour, community activities, information to parents, stakeholders’ views, extended provision and inter-agency work, health and safety (including e-safety and safeguarding), and premises.

 

Learning & Standards Committee – responsible for leadership and management together with all aspects of pupils’ learning, curriculum policy, self-review, monitoring pupil progress, performance management, target setting and improvement plans.

 

Pay Committee – responsible for Headteacher’s Performance Management and for ensuring that the staff performance management system is managed in line with the school policy, undertaking pay review as appropriate in line with school policy

 

Policy Committee – responsible for reviewing and adopting those policies which have been delegated to the committee and ensuring that they are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Resource Management Committee – responsible for all aspects of financial management and staffing.
