Close liaison is maintained with feeder Secondary Schools including local grammar schools and with Stickney William Lovell Academy in particular.

Curriculum

Stickney Primary School has a Creative Curriculum which was graded "outstanding" in our recent Ofsted Inspection of February 2013.  The Creative Curriculum encompasses all core and foundation subjects and therefore enables us to provide a high standard of teaching and learning.

The curriculum is organised into six topics thoughout the year and  the topic webs are published under the class information for each year group every term.

In Key Stage 1 the pupils are taught phonics using the Read,Write Inc Scheme and taught to read mainly using the Oxford Reading Tree Scheme.

There is more in depth information about our school curriculum throughout our website,.please feel free to browse.
